Next to Tõrva’s central square, Café Nöhvik was opened on Kevade Street, where the menu changes according to what ingredients are currently to be taken. The key is to keep all the ingredients fresh. The same goes for drinks: there is no place for packaged juices and soft drinks in Nöhvik.
